Replay a conversation

To replay a conversation, go to the following link: https://compliance-hub.open-lake.com/

Type your corporate email address:

The platform will ask you to connect using “Se connecter avec Azure AD”:

You can go on the top menu and click on “Conversations”:

On the left, you can use the time picker and lookup for a specific user. After clicking on search, the conversations are displayed:

You can click on the player button to replay the conversations:

You can also dowload the conversations using:
