Our integration allows the retrieval of all the Call Details Records and define the voice quality of each interaction.

All of the information are sent to OLT connector using Syslog.

The first step is to configure a Syslog server in the Audiocode configuration:

In the following page, you can define which network interface should be used:

The address to used should be the on-premise server address or the cloud IP provided by OLT deployment team.
