To collect the CDR, a connector downloads the CDR from the TSS server.

Configure the CDR export

Log on the TSS server, and reach the job policy menu:

You can create a job to export the CDRs:

Depending on the frequency we want to achieve, we may need multiple job (One job per hour for example).

To get the full reporting, additional configuration should be done at zone or user level (To be set to true):

OLT Connector

The OLT connector will directly connect to the FTPs location, dowload the CDR and index into the Elasticsearch database.
